Mission - The mission of the Colorado Ayurvedic Medical Association is to protect and promote the interests of participants, educators and practitioners of Ayurveda in the State of Colorado.
We work in cooperation with and aim to support the activities of the nationally recognized and renowned organization NAMA (National Association of Ayurvedic Medicine). In addition to drawing support from within the Colorado community of practitioners and educators of the Vedic sciences, it is our practice and intention to draw support from around the country, both to fortify our activities, but also to support and coordinate the development of Ayurveda and sister sciences at the National level. The highly respected Vasant Lad is an Advisory Board Member to COLORAMA, and we are drawing support specifically from New Mexico and California.

Criteria used to accept application for this sponsor level requires that the mission or purpose of accepted sponsors promotes alternative healing and lifestyle. Ideally, these sponsors are actively promoting and supporting Vedic Sciences.
